We provide complimentary shipping for all orders destined for the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Please note that we solely ship to these states and do not service Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, nor do we ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.

 Our free shipping applies exclusively to standard shipping; expedited shipping will incur additional charges.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 5-8 business days;

Promotional styles take 20-25 days

 Regrettably, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During peak periods such as holidays or limited-edition releases, order processing times may be delayed; kindly allow additional transit days for delivery.

 Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, promptly contact us at support@koorboor.com. We can issue a full refund if the product has not yet commenced shipping. Once the product is in transit, cancellation is not possible.

 Shipping Address Modification:

After 12 p.m. PST daily, we are unable to amend shipping addresses or order details due to our commitment to swift order fulfillment. If necessary, you can return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 Tracking Your Order:

Upon placing your order, you should receive an email containing your shipment notification and tracking details. You can monitor your package's status using our Track Order feature.
