Return Policy

At Koorbiir Chair, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly issue a refund for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns that are not due to a material defect or fault on the part of Koorbiir Chair, customers are responsible for the freight expenses, and these charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Koorbiir Chair reserves the right to refuse returns if there are damages to the products and/or packages, or if the product is not returned without any quality issues within 15 days.

Return Charges

Koorbiir Chair will cover the return shipping fees if:

1.Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship.
2.Your item has been damaged during transit.
3.You received the incorrect item.
4.Your item was lost in transit.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees if:

1.You are dissatisfied with the item upon receipt.
2.You no longer require the item after receipt.
3.Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by you (e.g., incorrect address, product size, color, or style).

Refund Process

Once we receive your return parcel and confirm that the product is in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Typically, it takes up to 3 business days to inspect the returned products, and an additional 2 to 5 business days to process your refund.

For product damages such as tabletop and metal frame scratches, hard-to-clean dirt, and peel-off paint, we may charge a certain amount for compensation. We will notify you of any such charges via email.

Damaged or Missing Shipment

While we carefully inspect all our products before shipping, it is important for you to thoroughly check your product upon receipt. Even if the packaging appears undamaged, there could still be concealed damage. If you notice any product damage during your inspection, please contact our customer service department immediately and file a claim within seven days of receipt.

Please report any missing or damaged items promptly to the Koorbiir Chair team through the Contact Us page within seven days of receiving your package. Ensure that you retain all original packaging for the first 15 days in case a return is necessary. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please inform us immediately. We will not be liable for claims filed beyond seven days after the delivery period.

All cancellations need to be done by email to the Koorbiir service department. The customers cannot cancel the order by phone. The customers will receive a notification email after the order has been canceled successfully. Otherwise, the cancellation of the order was unsuccessful.
